Flash photography – of the luxury kind
‘Photograph, all I've got is a photograph.’
Before award-winning photographer Nick Eagle was shooting the Tokyo Paralympics and the BBC Euro 2021 portraits, he was the man behind the lens of Project Presents’ first concept luxury merchandise campaign, Leppard Lyrics.
Nick, who creates visually arresting images for high profile, high end advertising and design campaigns, has worked with music artistes including Big Narstie and Goldteeth, as well as the SKY TV series Bloods.
He has been commissioned to work in countries from the USA to the UAE, as well as all over the UK where he is based. And earlier this year he was in Sheffield, Yorkshire to shoot the Leppard Lyrics campaign – described by Def Leppard bass player Rick Savage as a ‘cool and exciting new brand’.
Rick’s son Scott Savage launched his own modelling career with Leppard Lyrics showcasing clothing that celebrates his father’s band.
“Nick was there to take the shots, within our HQ that's just around the corner from Def Leppard’s original rehearsal studios at Portland Works, Sheffield,” says Fraser Rowlin, Creative Director at Project Presents.
“His photography is iconic, visually arresting and he has captured classic shots of leading sports stars, global sporting events like the recent Euros and high-profile national gym brands.
“Nick’s eye for high quality lifestyle imagery meant he was the one and only choice for our luxury merchandise brand launch.”
