Our manufacturers ethically source our garments and work tirelessly to ensure the provision of fair wages and working hours in a safe and hygienic working environment. They ensure regular employment and no discrimination or harsh/inhumane treatment of employees. Our manufacturers and their suppliers must comply with national and other applicable laws and be audited by one of three regulators – Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP), Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) and Sedex Members Ethical trade Audit (SMETA). They must also comply with the Modern Slavery Act, safeguarding against any form of modern slavery, human trafficking or forced labour.
Oeko-Tex STeP – promoting sustainable textiles production – is an additional factory audit which places emphasis on environmental performance and social responsibility. This certificate is only gained by factories who have achieved the highest level of sustainable production and safety ethics. The fabric used in the majority of our garments come from SteP accredited factories.
